About Me

The only experience I have with blogging is Tumblr, if that even counts. I've also never really been good at the 'tell us about yourself' thing. I'll try though. My blog name (pronounced 'thorough editing') is a pun based on one of my favorite philosophers and my insecurity about posting online. (I'll need to read every post 3-5 times and even then I won't want to post it.) I named my blog after Henry David Thoreau. This guy was a writer and we believe in a lot of the same ideologies. He spends a lot of time talking about bettering government, reconnecting with nature, and back in his time he was a hardcore abolitionist. If you ask me, he was also a damn good poet. I'll get more into that at a later date, though. All I can really think to tell you at this point is that I'm a geeky, die-hard fan of indie music, marvel movies, TV shows dealing with supernatural beings/happenings, adventure novels, and my two hermit crabs. That pretty much concludes my interests and potential writing topics. I'm sure this page will be update when I have more to say (or I find a mistake after reading this another 8 times. Whichever comes first.)
